Pediatric Resources

If you see pediatric ostomy patients or know facilities that do please send information to us using the contact us section. Please include the following:

  1. The name of your facility, address, and contact numbers
  2. What ages you will see
  3. instructions for physicians writing orders to refer to you
  4. Any special instructions or comments

We will add that to the resource book that is being revised.
