The Ostomy Outpatient Resource Book is being revised, Please look at the attached list of Ostomy Clinics and Nurse Visits and let me know by 7/6/18 if there are any edits that need to be made. Use the Contact Us section. I expect the finalized resource to be posted the second week in July and will let you know.
