MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Bowel Management and Cancer page has excellent resources. This is not just for bowel cancer but for any cancer and other conditions causing a change in bowel habits.
Nutrition Month Resources
My PearlPoint is a great cancer nutrition resource. They are focusing more on nutrition this year. They have many great features including cancer-specific nutrition guidelines, tips for side effect management and many food recipes. They also have a mobile app providing practical tips for managing side effects during treatment. Abbott Nutrition Health Institute has many free online courses and several are applicable to your wound and ostomy certification. They have age specific courses - neonatal, pediatric and adult.
